Yoga Basics: Yoga for Beginners

Yoga For Beginner recognizes that yoga is not only physically demanding at times, but that yoga always stresses that the benefit of yoga comes from union of the body and spirit. Yoga can at times put unnatural stress on the limbs and trunk, especially if you are a beginner.

Knowing this, the yogis always insist that a person practice shavasana, or the corpse posture, after a workout.

This article will inform the beginner on how this is accomplished.
