Free Beginners Yoga DVD Video Windows Media Download
I try not to make a habit of posting to the blog more than once a day - ("fear of Google!") but this just can't wait.
I ran across this page while searching Technorati for relevant content on a research paper I am doing. The research led me to this page.
I am very impressed with what these New Zelander's are doing for the promotion of yoga. They offer not only a DVD for free but also have an interactive section showing the proper way to do beginning poses.
It is definitely worth a look. Although the DVD is free, it is a huge download (790 MB) and if you don't have DSL, it can take a while. Remember, FREE is good!
Please think about donating these good people a bit for their efforts. They take donations through Paypal - chump change actually - and it is well worth it. Just remember, it is a donation! It is still free...
