History of Yoga - A Complete Overview of the Yoga History @ ABC-of-Yoga.com
As a researcher, I find the subjects I get involved in fascinating. I try to find out everything I can about a particular subject. My wife calls me tenacious, but I feel that anything worth pursuing is worth knowing well.
On this page is a brief history of yoga. It is surprising to know that very little is know about the histoery of yoga, except that its roots go back 5000 years, and probably begin in Afghanistan.
